Epsilon

Overview

Epsilon (the Epsilon Program) is a religious movement whose followers greet each other with “Kifflom.” In NoPixel V it has become an open city mystery: unexplained radio breaches, graffiti (“Follow The E”, “God Uploads”), “Epsilon Cyber Security” posters, and a trail of hidden pages describing a device called the lattice. Who is behind the V-era campaign has not been established.

Nu Epsilon

Nu Epsilon is an offshoot led by Los Santos Mayor Eliza D. Stellano. On September 10, 2026, an account named The Epsilon Program publicly disowned her as an “UNSAVEABLE” heretic and called Nu Epsilon a blasphemy of Christopher Fromage’s teachings. Eliza later said she was excommunicated after about twelve years in the program and that fundamentalists currently run it. NEST liaison Anthony Breakwood has also said NEST absorbed Nu Epsilon (with Wolfs International and NEST Construction) — a claim that sits uneasily next to Eliza’s mayor brand and the ongoing graffiti/radio mystery.

Rebuild-layer context: NEST.
